Dry-hopped 100% Brett IPA

Today I moved my 100% Brett Apricot IPA into tertiary fermentation, for a mosaic dry hop! Deep golden color, clear. Sweet malty nose, light sourness, slightly funky with subtle apricot fruit flavor. I hope to balance it out a bit with the fruity Mosaic hop.
