Barrel Inoculation Notes
Recommendation from Duane @ Brew Hut
•Hot water pasteurize, soak with scalding hot water
•Empty bottle of merlot into barrel, soak for one week, 1/4 turn per day to inoculate and prep barrel. 
•Seal bung to keep moisture in barrel
•Leave merlot in barrel until transfer of ESB into barrel.
