Brewing Equipment
Thanks for checking out this page to chronicle to construction and assembly of my new all-grain brewing rack. This project has been a long time in the works, and with but a few remaining design considerations we are in the fabrication stages of the rack base. A big thanks and shout-out to Chad King for being enthusiastic and on-board with this project….and for having awesome welding skills! I think he will deserve the first beer produced on this system!
The basic design of the system was based on the SABCO Brew Magic system, shown below.
- early-July 2015 – Design taken from Brew-Magic
- July 7, 2015 – The steel and wheels ready to go for construction…
- July 13, 2015 – First welds to the frame and it’s starting to take shape!
- July 15, 2015 Second level done… Time to start putting things together!
- July 16, 2015 Rack is now stacked and ready to add some support for the keggles!
- July 20, 2015 Rack is now assembled with wheels, and supports. Almost ready for assembly!
- July 29, 2015 – Install 10″ Banjo burner for boil kettle.
- July 29, 2015 – Install 10″ Banjo burner for boil kettle.
